Please check any or all of the below items to troubleshoot.
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Check to be sure that your boat lift is plugged in.
- Check to be sure that the Lift Mate's LED power indicator light is on. (requires opening control box to access Lift Mate)
- On your lift's page in the Lift Mate app, press the lower right cogwheel button to go to settings. Scroll down to the button marked 'Troubleshooting' and select. Hit the button marked 'Force Bluetooth re-scan'. The app will tell you if the re-scan was successful.
