Let me start by saying I always take reviews on manufacturer websites with a grain of salt, but this is a legit review. I bought this a month ago and waited until now so I could test it out completely. The short of it is it's amazing, as is the customer service.

The unit works perfectly. I actually forgot to lift my lift yesterday until I was a couple miles out into the gulf and this allowed me to lift it up. The Gem remote alone obviously wouldn't have been helpful in that situation. I set it to lower well before I got back and it was waiting for me to pull right on.

Installation is easy. Using the app is easy. I couldn't be happier with this product.

Wow, what a simple install. The thought that went into developing this product is amazing. Such an easy install, it took me less than 5 minutes. The product itself is amazing, I’m on a bluff 70 steps above my dock and when I hit the down service my lift runs while I walk down and stops at the boarding level .

Just installed my Lift Mate into a Gem Remotes box. Was SUPER easy and straightforward. Took about 10 minutes and works great!

Awesome convenient way to control your lift when your to far away with the Remote. Easy installation and excellent customer service. Highly recommend

This is an outstanding solution if you are looking for a way to remotely control your boat lift beyond the range of the manufacturer’s remote. I have multiple GEM Remotes hoist controllers and this is a perfect complement to them. The installation was very easy and the attention to every detail on the solution is impressive. I love this product and highly recommend it.
